||Day Sixteen||
I feel as though I'm in a slump, and I honestly am not sure how to get out of it.
So for the time being, I am doing what a girl such as myself does best -- treating myself.
Last night I treated myself by rewarding my emotional self with small purchases, but tonight I decided to treat my physical self. So I grabbed the essentials, and drew myself a bath.
Now while I definitely prefer showers to baths when it comes to getting clean, baths are a great way to de-stress as well as soothe aches and pains. Especially for me, since I have a lot of neck problems (so much that it leads to almost-daily headaches), epsom salt baths are my saving grace.
Just a tub of hot water, and then I add as much salt as I see fit while I'm in the bath (that way you don't sit on the grains of salt.. trust me it's not pleasant).

Of course I had to burn a candle, this one in particular I received for my birthday and it smells heavenly. Then lastly, I decided to turn off the lights for extra relaxation. It was just what I needed.
However, what is relaxation and de-stressing without a playlist that fits the mood?
Here are ten song that help me unwind.
If you're in an "Instrumental Relaxation" mood:
If you're in an "Indie Folk/Indie Pop Relaxation" mood:
If you're in a "The 1975 Relaxation" mood (because there is such a thing):
If you're in a "Well-Known-Artists Relaxation" mood:
If you're in a "Discover-New-Artists Relaxation" mood:
