||Day Eighty-One||
It was one of those days where everything seemed like a struggle. I was dropping things, I had planned to get a lot of things done, which didn't happen, and I was just easily agitated all day for what seemed to be no reason. And I am just one of those people that let's everything get to them, but I'm trying to work on that. I'm trying to train my brain so as to see the negatives as positives. So here are a few of the good things that happened today:
{+} I got 7 or 8 hours of sleep
{+} I did my workouts fairly early in my day
{+} I was able to do 14 burpees in a row (on the second day, during the "100 Burpees Challenge" I could barely do 5 in a row)
{+} There was yet another (third day in a row, I think) SVU marathon on
{+} I have discovered a newfound love for the organic section of the grocery store
{+} I had some delicious peaches (with just a little sugar to cut the tartness) as part of my dinner
{+} I was inspired by the HGTV show "Fixer Upper" to already start planning out how I'm going to rearrange/redecorate my apartment bedroom once I get back, which makes me so excited it's a little ridiculous
{+} Lastly, I am currently listening to this beautiful and amazing song that I cannot stop obsessing over in my mind. It's so peaceful and just makes me want to lie in bed with all the lights off, but with my favorite candles lit, and just relax. It's perfect. Just listen and fall in love.
