||Day Fifty-Eight||
Today in a nutshell:
Started back up with my morning walk. Interrupted the neighborhood maintenance cutting the grass, again, and thought someone was following me because I heard my own footsteps.
Played ball with my dog, Zoey, until she got lazy and stopped bringing me the ball.
Headed down to my previous hometown, Columbus, with my mom to do some shopping.
But before we hit the mall, we got snow cones. I got half cotton-candy, half coconut cream. She got half banana, half coconut cream.
 Finally got to the mall. Got frustrated at the mall. Started to wander around by myself.
Stopped into J. Crew, which I've never been to before. Tried to try clothes on. Couldn't find the fitting room. Asked where the fitting room was. Accidentally walked back into the employee "lounge". Finally found fitting room, even though it was deceptively hidden with no signs. Didn't like anything I tried on. Continued to walk aimlessly.

Walked past Gap. Backed up. Decided to go into Gap for the heck of it. Found a few dresses I liked. Tried on my "usual" size, everything looked too big (small victories). Went back for smaller sizes. Debated between two dresses. Realized everything was on sale. Bought both of them.

 Walked until I spotted our car in the lot. Went into a few stores looking for my mom. Couldn't find her. Sat on a bench outside store she was likely in. Decided to move from middle of bench to one side so I didn't look rude. Noisy family decides to sit next to me. Mom texts me she's ready to go soon.

We stopped by a grocery store to get something for dinner. Realized we're both starving. Picked up bag of banana chips and ate way more than a serving size on the drive home. Neither of us regretted it.
 Spotted some corn fields. Not that that's rare in Indiana. But I feel a sense of pride for my little corn state.
 Came home. Made dinner. Smoked sausages, asparagus, and potatoes. Watched Pretty Little Liars with my mom. Fell asleep on couch for an hour. Came upstairs to blog. Brother came home from summer class. Said he has a "present". Handed me the label from a Coke he got while on campus. Confirmed that he's the best brother in the world.
And now here I am. Sleepy, but torn because I also want to read.
I feel like there are never enough hours in the day.
