||Day Fifty||
Today was essentially made up of two parts: (1) the process of packing & driving home, and (2) going to see a movie with my mom and brother.

The day started with me waking up incredibly late (almost noon), and very much regretting it since I was planning to head home later on. So basically I had to get a move on. First I had to call the maintenance at my apartment because the fob key lock that was JUST installed this past week, was not registering my fob key. Thankfully it was an easy solution, the battery had died in the lock (even though, like I said, they were brand new and have only been used a week). Not to mention how quickly the maintenance guys arrived -- much appreciated.

After they were finished, however, I had no excuse for postponing my trip home for the next day. So I rushed to get everything packed up, took out the trash, loaded everything into my car, along with my dog, made a quick stop for gas, and hit the road. The look of pure joy on my other dog's (Zoey) face when she saw my dog, Tippy, was priceless. You could feel her excitement.
Finally, after a semi-quick dinner of nachos, we decided to take advantage of us all being home and not busy by seeing a movie. It seems like I'm seeing a lot of movies lately, which is uncharacteristic of me, but the truth is that this summer we have discovered a theater, not far from our house, that has extremely good ticket prices. For example, tonight, for three tickets to see The Amazing Spiderman 2, it was $3. Usually tickets range from $1.50-$2 (at least from what I've seen), but tonight was some kind of Monday special where if you have three or more people then tickets are only $1. The movie itself was fairly good, for as much as I'm not a fan of action, but very emotional. And darn it all if I don't love the Andrew Garfield/Emma Stone on screen (and off screen, if that's still a thing) romance.

There isn't a whole lot to say of today, except that it's really good to be home once again.
