||Day Forty-Four||
Today I drove back to my college apartment, aka "The Cabin".
Despite a small series of unfortunate events, including a minor meltdown, I am happy to be back for a while. Here are a few of my favorites parts of my apartment.
{Paper Chain Banner & Sign}
These were some of the first decorations that were put up in the apartment. I spent days making the paper chain (which is much longer than it appears) to hang over our sofa.

Not only is it super comfortable, but with the addition of the incredibly soft white pillows and the colorful pillows it's easily my go-to place for lounging.

With a stack of magazines (Cosmo and Elle) and these adorable faux flowers, it just makes the apartment feel homey to me.
{My Door}
Around the time I was making my paper chain, I also crafted a sunflower. Not only does it distinguish my bedroom door from the others, but it always makes me happy when I see it.
{My Dog}
This sweet girl had a very busy day of car rides, walks, and spending time with the neighbor dog. Even though she's an older dog, she provides a sense of safety as well as a happy face to cheer me up.

This was cheap, easy to apply, and still looks amazing (despite the bumpy wall).
{My Pictures}
These pictures/posters all hang above my built-in desk. The pictures are actually pictures from my instagram that I ordered online from this website. The "Swim" poster was a present from my loving boyfriend. It's from the Jack's Mannequin song "Swim", and is actually autographed by Andrew MacMahon. And the "Thoughts" poster is from this website and is a quote from the book "The Fault In Our Stars" by John Green.
It's so good to be back in a place that feels so much like my own.
