I have this memory.
I think about it from time to time.
I can't even tell you when this particular moment occurred; I can't tell you how old I was or what season it was, or even why we were all together.
But this moment is so meaningful to me because I knew, in that second/minute/hour, that this was going to be a memory that I would look back on and feel nostalgic for.

I remember it was dark, my friends and I were jumping on a trampoline, just laughing. And that's the thing, there is nothing special about this moment, other than just the overwhelming feeling of being so free. Free from responsibility, free from heartache, and free from tragedy. We were naive and ignorant and happy in the best way possible.

I would live in that moment forever if I could.

April brought sunshine and the incentive to roll the windows down.
We make work fun. Also, we are the dancing twins emoji.
In April I competed my first 5K.
While we didn't run, we got the opportunity to walk some dogs from the local shelter.
I, of course, walked my pup. And she had a great time.
We spent a lot of time outside in April. Even Ellie got a little adventurous.
And this wonderful goofball turned two years old.
While this not-so-little guy gets lankier every day.
April, at my school, means Ag Week. Which means 10 day old cows and goats on campus.
This one was particularly sleepy every day we visited him.
His name was Ferdinand.
Somedays I couldn't even resist the weather; I insisted on skipping
a class or two to just soak it in and enjoy the scenery.
More Ag Week shenanigans included snuggling baby ducks, baby pigs, and even more baby cows.
Is there any wonder why Spring is my favorite season?
